Jimmy Dale Richardson has created some of the most exciting music to emanate from the state of Oklahoma. With his gutsy lead vocals and solid electric guitar leads, Jimmy brings new life to the obscure art of traditional Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, and Jump Blues. Jimmy is rooted in tradition by his grandfather Hubert Pearce, who is cousins with both Webb Pierce & The Wilburn Brothers. Hubert played the Honky Tonks back in the 40`s, 50`s, and 60`s in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana.

Jimmy released his first album “Heartaches and Honkytonks” in 2016. The album has reached Japan, Spain, and England with sales and radio play.  In April 2016, the UK Rock n’ Roll Magazine wrote an article citing Jimmy’s story and his family heritage of musicians.

Jimmy and his wife Lynn are the owners of Teaze Dance & Fitness, LLC. Teaze is a ten year old dance studio in the Automobile Alley district of downtown OKC. Lynn's entertainment company is the Oklahoma Showgirls. The showgirls perform professionally all over the state for gala events, casinos, golf and country clubs, and holiday parties. Both Oklahoma Showgirls and Jimmy Dale offer era entertainment spanning form the roaring twenties through today. When the showgirls dance to the band, they reflect each song's era with their dance moves, style, and costuming. Each show's songs seamlessly flow from James Brown music to Faron Young to Elvis and also include quite a few exciting originals written and/or arranged by Jimmy.

Established in 2009, the Oklahoma Showgirls began as a revival of the feathered femmes that once graced the stage of every casino and hotel from Las Vegas to Paris. The Oklahoma Showgirls aim to channel the glamour and intrigue of the famous beauties of the past, to prove that a new generation of showgirls is in vogue, and to capitalize on society's increasing interest in vintage entertainment.

The Showgirls can regularly be seen at awards ceremonies, corporate events, and private parties. They have appeared as meet-and-greet Vegas showgirls at more than 20 casinos throughout the state, performed in national television commercials and have been featured in the film Yellow by director Nick Cassavetes (The Notebook).

The Showgirls are trained in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, aerial and more. Along with dance, the company repertoire also incorporates vocal performance, acting, and hosting talents. This comprehensive performance background enables the Oklahoma Showgirls to provide a wide array of performances and appearances for any event.

The director of the Oklahoma Showgirls is Lynn Crowe-Richardson. Lynn has been involved in the OKC arts community for nearly three decades. With expertise in vintage and classic entertainment styles, Lynn's vision is to provide the Oklahoma community with classic and sophisticated entertainment in every capacity. Her involvement in the community has facilitated an expansive network of performers that includes fire breathers, stilt walkers, comedians, mermaids and more. Lynn's connections are valuable to event planners looking for an exciting feature.

The Oklahoma Showgirls are passionate about the legacy of vintage entertainment. From the Moulin Rouge in 1800s Paris to the Vegas strip in the 1960s, the showgirl is an icon of entertainment throughout history. With over forty dance styles and hundreds of themed costumes, the Oklahoma Showgirls make a grand and upscale addition to any event or party. The Oklahoma Showgirls are a unique performance group, specializing in atmosphere entertainment and dance revue.

Our influences include music videos in pop culture and movies over the last 90 years.  Established in 2009, the company was founded on the idea that our state needed more variety of professional entertainment and options for adult dance classes. The dance company draws college dancers and professional dancers currently living in our area and offers jobs in our very small market. Our first professional events in 2009 included performing disco dancing on roller skates for the Young President's Organization and Can-Can dancing for Heritage Hall School’s Prom.

The showgirls are now established as the group that is capable of  producing entire era themed shows.

The company has expanded its reach to dancing with live bands, mood entertainment for auctions and fundraisers.

During the holidays, the showgirls can be seen at awards ceremonies, corporate events, and private parties. Over the years, we have provided meet and greet Vegas Showgirls at more than 20 of our state’s casinos.  In 2014, we hosted the first annual Oklahoma Pole and Burlesque Expo. The event was a huge success attended by more than 400 people.

We are passionate about the many eras of the showgirl. She is one of the most instantly recognizable icons of modern times, offering an explosive contribution to many forms of popular entertainment. Our company aims to channel the glamour and intrigue of the famous beauties of the past. Many articles have been written about the near extinction of the feathered femmes that once graced the stage of every casino and hotel in Las Vegas and Paris for decades. A new generation of showgirls is in vogue, proving once more that society's interest is as strong as ever before. The Oklahoma Showgirls create a grand and upscale image at every event.
